Encourage the life journey of
young women in Cambodia
We empower young women to gain the life skills they need through
handicraft manufacturing, paving the way for a bright future.
Both a school and a factory: Learning through working
We cooperate with local authorities and the community to identify 16-24-year-old women from the most vulnerable social and economic backgrounds, and invite them to join a two- year training program with us.
What have we accomplished?
Our producers can earn as much as they did before joining our program.
have access to life skills training and have better lives.
indirect beneficiaries have gained financial independence through our support.
We provide vocational and life skills training to vulnerable women at our community factory in Siem Reap.
We offer educational and inspiring tours of our Community Factory where we produce beautiful, ethically-made, handcrafted products.
