Mission
Both a school and a factory: Learning through working 

recruitment

We cooperate with local authorities and the community to identify 16-24-year-old women from the most vulnerable social and economic backgrounds, and invite them to join a two- year training program with us.

We provide vocational and life skills training to vulnerable women at our community factory in Siem Reap.

Community Factory

We offer educational and inspiring tours of our Community Factory where we produce beautiful, ethically-made, handcrafted products.
